Sakshi Foundation was born not from an idea, but from a mother’s unwavering love.
In 2003, when Ms. Sakshi G began her journey with her son Suyash, the road ahead was uncertain. Suyash, a bright and joyful boy with Down Syndrome, came into her life with challenges—but also with a purpose she would only understand over time.
Like many parents, she faced questions, doubts, and moments of fear. But she chose something powerful—she chose belief.
Belief in her son.
Belief in his potential.
Belief that his life could be full, independent, and meaningful.
With patience, dedication, and endless encouragement, Suyash began carving his own path. Every milestone—no matter how small it seemed to others—was a victory.
Every step forward was proof that limits are often just perceptions waiting to be challenged. Today, Suyash is 32 years old.
He is confident, independent, and living a life driven by passion. As a professional DJ, he expresses himself through music—bringing joy to others just as he has always done since childhood. And now, he stands ready to embrace another beautiful chapter of life—marriage.
His journey is not just a personal success story; it is a message.
A message that with the right support, love, and opportunities, individuals with Down Syndrome can lead independent, fulfilling, and extraordinary lives.
Inspired by Suyash, Ms. Sakshi G turned her personal journey into a mission—to ensure that other children and families receive the same hope, guidance, and encouragement.
Thus, Sakshi Foundation was created.
It stands today as a beacon for parents who are just beginning their journey, for children who deserve to be seen beyond labels, and for a society that is learning to embrace inclusion with open arms.
